3.2. Any dietary restrictions or allergies of the guests must be communicated to us in advance. While we make every effort to accommodate these requirements, we cannot guarantee that the food will be free from allergens.
4. Service and Staffing : 4.1. The number of staff members and service duration will be determined based on the size and nature of the event. Any changes to these arrangements should be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
4.2. Our staff will conduct themselves professionally during the event, and we expect guests to treat them with respect.
5. Liability and Insurance : 5.1. LV CATERERS AND EVENTS will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from the use of our catering services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
5.2. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for the event, including public liability insurance, if necessary.
